As an RRCA-certified running coach and an experienced runner, I can help you run faster and longer using proven coaching methods, while providing you the physical and mental preparation necessary to excel.

What can a running coach provide?
A personalized training program based on your current fitness level, goals and lifestyle.  Additionally, you receive injury prevention and nutrition advice, workout assistance, motivation and racing strategy that can enhance your personal running performance and enjoyment.

  • Customized training schedules
  • Monthly detailed phone consultation, training log review, training schedule modification.
  • Unlimited email consultation.
  • Training and race day nutrition advice.
  • Injury prevention strategies.
  • Race execution advice.
  • Motivation and mental preparation.
Initial consultation and training plan development:  $100.00
Monthly coaching as outlined above:  $100.00/ month
Group rates available.
Other flexible plans and access available on an hourly basis.
