At Can’t Stop Endurance, we work with runners from beginner to advanced. From rookies to marathon champions, we provide personalized coaching to help endurance athletes reach their personal goals. Whether it is a 5k or a 100-mile ultra, we have been there as coaches and athletes.

Just put your shoes on.

Run smart.

If you want to push yourself and reach your goals, you need to get out of your comfort zone. Finding the proper workload to achieve the desired outcome is key to personal peak performance.

Train hard.

Working hard on the hard days is essential to success; going easy on the easy days is just as crucial. Knowing the proper work-to-recovery ratio and listening to your body is equally important. Keeping our runners healthy is integral to successful. We want to find the “sweet spot” where we get the desired performance without pushing you to overtraining or injury.

Race fast.

Helping you achieve your own personal peak performance is our goal. We use proven training methods, with a focus on building a proper aerobic base, "just enough" anaerobic work and avoiding injury.  In addition, we teach our runners proper mental focus, running form, and fueling and race strategies to help them become smarter, faster runners.

COACH JENNIFER TURNER

Having been an active runner for over forty years, Jennifer began her journey as a student at Savannah Central High School in the late 70’s, there were no girls’ track or cross country teams. So, her love for running took an early hold before the opportunity to compete presented itself.

Her first competitive race was in 1991 in Memphis, Tennnessee - appropriately enough with the Elvis Presley 5k! Consistently competitive within her age group in the 5K, she upped her game in 1995 with the completion of her first marathon; her second followed in 1998. She has been a member of the Memphis Runners Track Club for over twenty years and has regularly competed in their Road Race series in preparation for the annual St Jude Memphis Half Marathon.

In 2019, Jennifer participated in the “M -Town Series Training Group.” This was her first experience working with a coach. Coach Kevin took her “under his wing,” as she loves to reflect, training her for the St. Jude Memphis Marathon toward her goal of a Boston Marathon qualifying time. Not only did she qualify for Boston with 17 minutes to spare, but she also took home the win for her age group!

On a personal note, Jennifer has been married to her husband John for thirty-one years and lives in Munford, Tennessee. They have two children, Daniel and Lily, and as they are all graduates of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, they are huge supporters of UTK sports.

She enjoys running, biking, golfing, water skiing and traveling with her family.
