As an experienced runner and coach, I can help you run faster and longer using proven coaching methods, while providing you the physical and mental preparation necessary to excel. 


What can a personal running coach provide?


A personalized training program based on your current fitness level, goals and lifestyle.  Additionally, you receive injury prevention and nutrition advice, workout assistance, motivation and racing strategy that can enhance your personal running performance and enjoyment.


Athletes receive:

  • Initial questionnaire and interview where we review running history, current fitness and establish short and long term goals. 

  • Customized training schedules

  • Monthly detailed phone consultation, training log review, training schedule modification.

  • Unlimited email consultation. 

  • Training and race day nutrition advice.

  • Injury prevention strategies. 

  • Race execution advice. 

  • Motivation and mental preparation. 


Initial consultation and training plan development:  $100.00 + 1st month's plan = $225.00 initial set up.
Monthly coaching as outlined above:  $125.00/ month 
Group rates available.
Additional flexible plans and access available on an hourly basis.

CAN’T STOP TRAINING GROUPS

Our training groups help runners build to a goal race with monthly training plans. Both our virtual and in-person training environments provide instruction, camaraderie, and that needed boost for our runners to improve with a goal of reaching personal peak performance on race day.

 

RUNNING FORM WORKSHOP

The Can't Stop Endurance Running Form Workshop is aimed at helping endurance athletes learn to run more efficiently, smoother, lighter... and faster.

This 90-minute clinic focuses on a few key areas: 

  • Body Awareness

  • Running Posture

  • Learning to Lean

  • Cadence

The goal of the clinic is to smooth out your natural bio-mechanics, reduce heel strike and hopefully make you less injury-prone! The session starts with an overview of body awareness, positioning & posture. Then we incorporate those ideas into moving forward. 

The clinic ends with personal form evaluation and feedback.
